Kiwi, also known as a Chinese gooseberry are a great source of fibre and a source of omega 3 fatty acids (contained in edible seeds).

Smoothie recipe

2 Kiwifruits, peeled

75ml orange juice

75ml water

1-2tbsp ginger

Serving size: 1


Method: Start by adding the liquid to your blender, followed by the soft fruit. Blend on high for 30 seconds or until the smoothie is creamy.
