This is a healthy & quick snack idea that packs a crunch! (It tastes pretty good as well)
Time:5-10mins Serving: 1 adult portion

1 Carrot, washed, peeled & chopped
2 tbsp lemon juice
1tbsp harissa paste
1/2 tbsp salt
1/2 medium sized avocado, peeled
1/4 cup plain yogurt (optional)
1 tbsp of linseeds or chia seeds(optional)
For avocado dip
1.Add ingredients for the dip into the blender & mix until smooth.
2.Sprinkle linseeds or chia (or both!) for extra benefits.
